Good location, comfortable rooms with a good cleaning service. Nice beach and swimming pool services. WiFi service. Very good valet parking service. Excellent attention and service from the receptionists, especially from Mariano.

It is an older apartment complex managed by the Richmond Hotel. The room was about what we expected. It was not great but good for the price and date. The spa and pool at the Richmond Hotel is nice but is about 2 blocks away. The room is large with a kitchen. The quality of the room is vintage 1970 with no updates. We would only stay there again if it were the only thing in our price range.

Hello travelers, I hope this can provide some assistance in choosing your Miami accommodations. This review is for the Richmond Studios which is a few blocks away from the Richmond hotel, it's the same owners just different properties. Upon arrival I checked in at the Richmond hotel, I was able to use their driveway to pull up and run in to check in. They do offer parking, but it's very expensive like all other hotels in South beach ($40 a day). Check in was smooth and the front desk girl was very nice just like all the staff at the hotel. Amazing amazing staff everyone was very nice and polite, they made me feel very comfortable. From the front desk to the room attendants. The room itself was pretty spacious but can definitely use some upgrades. The furniture was pretty old and overall decor seemed a little outdated, it made me feel as if I was in the 90s. The tv was really old school but worked even though we didn't use it to much. The bed was pretty comfortable but again the frame could use some updating. I did love that there was a small kitchen (no stove) with a microwave and mini fridge to store and reheat all my delicious left overs. Sink and dining table for four are also available. The small hallway where the 2 small closets are leading to the bathroom are a bit weird laid out. The safe was great to store our few valuables we had. The bathroom made me feel like I was in the 70s but everything worked. Shower ran great, toilet flushed well, towels were provided, and all the basic bathroom needs. The location was great also between 17th and 18th. They do let you use the pool, fitness center, etc that are located at the hotel. Also a great thing that I loved the most was they let you use the pathway to the beach and give you a voucher for beach chairs so you don't have to pay for one. Drinks are available to order when you get there, so you can Relax and have your drink on the beach. Overall I think it was ok and would definitely consider staying here again, I would want them to improve on the cleanliness a bit, and would love for them to install a full length mirror, my girlfriend had no where to check out her outfit before going out.
