I stayed here with my mom last week for five nights, and our experience was exceptional. The room and the hotel itself are absolutely stunning, with an excellent location just a couple of minutes from the Bosphorus, and within a reasonable walking distance to places like Taksim Square. The team at the hotel is beyond lovely — they are warm, accommodating and truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel appreciated and welcomed. It was my mom’s birthday during our stay, and the team surprised us with a beautiful and best tasting birthday cake and a card, while we were out in the city. As someone who has traveled quite a bit, I can say I’ve never been such a hotel where the team's genuine care and attention to detail is this level. I highly, highly recommend!

Luxurious and stylish hotel in a very good location close to Karakoy pier and tramstop. A short walk uphill to Istikal, the main shopping street. We particularly enjoyed our nightly 'sundowners' in the roof top bar, which has stunning views over the Bosphorous and across to Sultanhamet. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast choices were excellent, hot and cold. Attentative and helpful staff. Highly recommended, especially if it is your first time in Istanbul.

I have recently returned from staying at The Bank Hotel, Istanbul, a stunning hotel on the banks of the Bosphorus in the Karakoy region of Istanbul. This hotel combines modern luxury with classic elegance. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was captivated by the high ceilings which created an inviting and airy atmosphere that set the tone for my stay. Upon checking into my room, I was delighted to find a spacious layout featuring a comfortable, large bed within a beautifully designed room. The marble bathroom was a standout feature, showcasing both style and functionality. With a large shower area with a rainfall shower, it was the perfect for unwinding after a long day. One of my favorite aspects of my room was the automated blinds and curtains and lights. With just a touch of a button, I could easily adjust the natural light streaming in, creating the ideal ambiance for either a cozy morning or a peaceful evening. This level of convenience is a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest comfort. Each morning, I looked forward to the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. The spread was impressive, featuring a variety of options to cater to all tastes. From fresh pastries and breads to an array of fruits and cheeses there was something for everyone. The highlight, however, was the made-to-order breakfast menu where I could order all different types of eggs, pancakes and waffles! Enjoying breakfast in the bright, airy dining area further enhanced the experience, as I savored my meal while taking in the elegant surroundings. The hotel is situated within a very short distance of the Karakoy tram station which is a great central point for exploring the rest of the city. It is also situated within walking distance of the Karakoy train station, the beautiful Kamondo stairs and the famous Galata Tower! In the evenings, I found myself drawn to the rooftop bar, a gem that truly embodies the spirit of Istanbul. With its breathtaking views of the city skyline, including the numerous mosques and a breathtaking view of the famous Bosphorus Bridge. The cocktail menu featured a creative selection of drinks, each crafted with precision and flair. The bar was the perfect place to unwind, surrounded by soft lighting and a laid-back vibe that made it easy to lose track of time. I asked for a cocktail that wasn't on the menu and the bar tender was more than happy to prepare this for me. Throughout my stay, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a guest. In summary, my stay at The Bank Hotel was delightful and I look forward to returning in the future!
