“Thoroughly Recommend this homely Bed & Breakfast !!”
We spent 3 night's here as had a wedding to go to nearby.Patsy and Paul cannot do enough for you.Amazing breakfast. Memory foam mattress.Perfect. It felt like a home from home. Lovely place run by really lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

“excellent b&b”
Just returned from 3 nights with Patsy and Paul - what wonderful hosts! Rooms are very clean and well equipped and the breakfasts were magnificent. Nothing was too much trouble , and we look forward to visiting again. Fully recommend this b&b.

“Lovely Hosts and B&B”
Had an amazing stay for 4 nights. Patsy and Paul were very friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. Would definately stay again if we visit St Austell in the future. Really relaxing stay.
