“Weekend away”
We decided to stop over in Windermere prior to picking up our daughter from Manchester airport. “LAKES SHORT BREAK”
My wife and I took our Australian friend to the Lakes and we used this hotel as a base. Room was good and breakfast was lovely. Our friend has spent a week or so in London either side and commented her room was way better here than any place in London. And much better value too.

“Great location, lovely house and furnishings, with a very friendly, helpful and attentive host”
Five minutes walk from shops and restaurants in Windermere town centre. Super comfy bed, hot powerful shower, very clean room and bathroom. Really good breakfast choices, with an excellent cooked option including local, and very tasty, bacon, sausage and egg.

“Amazing stay!”
The two of us felt extremely accommodated by the lovely hosts of Ellerbrook House. We had the best nights sleep every night we were there and a delicious breakfast each morning.
