“Comfortable, Traditional room with a delicious breakfast.”
Staying at The Bay View wasn't like staying at your typical guest house; it was like staying with a friend you hadn't seen for some time. “Great location and View”
Had a lovely little stay at The Bay House, Lake View. Jill and Phil were amazing hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our room . Breakfast was excellent. Looking forward to staying again soon. Great location, close to the lake, restaurants, pubs and shops. Fab.

“Lovely stay at Bay House Lake View!”
Bay House Lake View is situated in a great location, near to all shops, restaurants & Bowness Pier. The rooms are very comfortable & clean. Jill is a really lovely host who gave us tips on some great walks & Phil’s full Cumbrian breakfasts were excellent! We highly recommend & would love to return.

“Great, friendly accommodation with a tasty breakfast.”
Great location with lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Jill the host is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and amenities and has great recommendations. Phil cooks a wonderful full English breakfast with quality ingredients. Rooms are clean and comfortable… more

“Amazing ”
This is an incredible accommodation they can't do enough for you. Jill is amazing and Phil's breakfast is to die for! Thoroughly recommend this accommodation they looked after us and nothing was too much trouble! We will definitely be returning here!
