Stayed here at the weekend, 2 adults and 2 young children and we were in room 6. The room was clean, not spotless but clean and tidy. Bed comfortable but a bit squeaky. Kids slept well in the bunk beds. Bathroom and room both modern. Check in was easy as the owner was here checking other guests in when we landed but I think you usually call the number on the door and they will come round to check you in from their other hotel. No parking, bar, breakfast or communal area but the location was the most important thing for us, literally 2 streets from the pleasure beach. The house that's joined on had some unsavory looking residents but we felt secure enough as the hotel had 2 entry doors with 2 separate keys. Thanks for a pleasant stay, we will recommend and will return. We might try your other hotel in the future too, if you could let me know the name of it that would be much appreciated! Thank you!

Me, my partner and our children stayed here for 1 night this weekend. The room on first glance was lovely, spotless and very cosy looking. The black interior and sleek bathroom was very modern and perfect for our treat night away for the kids. This is pretty much where it ended, the kids LOVED their own little space with 2 bunk beds and the tele (can't fault any of that) but in our part of the room and the bathroom? my partner in the process of getting changed nearly put someone else's sock on (Black kangol one to be precise if anyone's missing one? - ewww!) The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, i mean i didn't realise that radiators could get so dirty and that's before having to look through the mirror at what looked like someone elses toothpaste and water splashes! Anyways these are minor issues. The worst part was after being out in the evening with the kids we came back to the hotel wet through and cold wanting to get warm and settled for the night. Again the kids beds etc were brill - our bed however reclined back (not supposed to) at a 90 degree angle, our feet were higher that our heads at one point! My partner and i moved the mattress off to see if the bed was broke, we couldnt suss it out but it was full of dust and dirt below it. It was too late in the evening to complain so we just left it and laid in bed nearly upside down like a set of bats all night long. There's no bar or anywhere you can get food. There's no iron or hairdryer. It's literally just a room my partner paid £100 + £50 dep for which is extremely expensive for what it was. Stick to your travel lodges and premier inn guys 👍
