Lovely welcome and hospitality. Room super cosy, warm woth lots off amminaties. Breakfast was brill with lovely cooked and many other options. Location supurb. Worth a visit even though we were close to end of season it be ideal anytime of the year.

Just returned from an amazing stay at The Belvedere! Lee and Chris are wonderful hosts. The accommodation is absolutely spotless and everything you needed is provided, with some very nice touches. Lee's cooked breakfast has to be the best I have ever had in a guest house. It was cooked from fresh and is something you would get in a 5 star hotel, beautiful! Great location, right by all the bars and town centre, there was nothing I could fault with this guest house! We can't wait to return, a BIG thank you from Anthony & Neil.

We were lucky enough to get a one night stay at Lee & Chris’ Belvedere and we were extremely impressed. Lee made us feel very welcome upon arrival. We stayed in room 6, a great double room which was impeccably clean. Bedding fresh and smelt clean, comfortable mattress and accompanying pillows. We had everything we needed, fridge, kettle, hanging space. Little finishing touches, and attention to detail is what makes this B&B worth all five stars. The bedside lamps have USB chargers built in which is a great bonus. The en-suite shower room was great, again extremely clean and good quality soap and shampoo. The towels fluffy and clean. We enjoyed several drinks in the car, fab cocktails and choices of beers and really good value offers. (We actually spent more time in the bar here than we anticipated as it was so good) Breakfast the following morning was lovely, toast, cereal, tea and coffee you can just help yourself before Lee delivers your (pre-ordered) cooked breakfast. It was delicious. And Lee is attentive to guest needs and nothing is too much trouble for him. Overall, a fabulous stay in a wonderful B&B and we would give it more stars if we could. We will be back again very soon!

Lee & Chris Belvedere is always my first preference on a place to stay when visiting Blackpool as it's a wonderful establishment and the hosts are warm and welcoming. In prime location that you are both close to the north pier and the gay quarter, you can stroll the pier of a morning/afternoon and crawl the bars/clubs starting with the cosy downstairs bar then catch up with friends and have a right laugh into the early hours of the morning. All the required amenities and more are available to you, the beds are comfortable in all the rooms I've stayed in, The switch to your shower is next to the hairdryer if you're a first time stayer, like the lights turn it off when you aren't using it be courteous to your fantastic hosts and their venue. I'm certain you'll enjoy your stay as much as I do every time I visit.
