“Summer break”
Had a fantastic week stay at the Lyness, room immaculate absolutely spotless, beds comfortable, breakfast outstanding but what makes it special is Dave and Val who are fantastic hosts. We will definitely return.

“A little break”
With a little luck we stumbled upon this hotel, booked it as a base for a wedding photography job I was doing in Scarborough. My only criticism is the free parking, it's a disc display system for three hours and it's on the surrounding roads so you can end up anywhere. The people who run the hotel … more

“Good Weekend Break”
Arrived Friday afternoon, very welcoming and we were in Room 2, good view of back yard.... Room good size, very nice breakfast. Location good for Peasholm Park and nice walk along front on a morning. Only downside is the on street parking, move and you can spend an hour finding another.

“Okay”
Just had a long weekend at this guest house. It's not the best but then again we have stayed in worse. The decor is a little tired but important things like the bed and shower were very good.
