“A warm welcome and smile.”
Very friendly and comfortable stay. The cooked breakfast was extremely tasty. No more than a slow 15minute stroll into the centre of Inverness or just over a fiver taxi ride. “Enjoyable 3 Night stay.”
My wife & I have just spent an enjoyable 3 nights in Royston guest house. Ross has been an excellent host & the breakfast's were super. While the steps were steep for carrying bags it was not an issue. Only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. We would certainly stay again if in Inverness again.

“Nice Bed and Breakfast”
Stayed here on business and found it to be Very clean and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre. Plenty of parking, would definitely stay here again. Owner of the premises is very pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly welcome and great little B&B. Owner Ross was up super early to feed us our tasty brekky before the Loch Ness Etape which was incredibly kind of him.
