Nothing was too much trouble,beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to anyone, we would stay here again if we were in the area, off the beaten track, but well worth the visit.

“A perfect place for a relaxed leisure time in a rural vicinity”
We stayed the second time at Matford Belvedere and were, again, very satisfied. There are many interesting places nearby and it is only a short drive to the city of Exeter. “Delightful home from home. Comfortable, cosy, wonderful view over tea, delightfully run.”
Twin bedded room, in very interesting house. Adjoining personal bathroom, all comfortable, clean and well appointed. Delicious breakfast and kind hospitality. “Beautiful location, friendly welcome”
Can't fault this excellent B&B. Lovely welcome from host, with home made cake and cup of tea. Comfortable room with stunning views and excellent breakfast. Interesting access via typical, narrow, Devon country lane. Just don't give up the destination is worth it.

“Extremely friendly and helpful, beautiful location”
Stayed here for 2 nights, beautiful location hidden out in country with breathtaking views. The owner was very friendly and could not do enough to make stay pleasant. Would definitely return, even if it was just to sit in the conservatory again!
