The staff overall were great! From the manager, to the other staff, were all very friendly and inviting to our group. The bar area has a decent variety of beers and liquors. The breakfast is adequate and what you would expect. The room was clean and updated. My only knock is they use those “clean remotes” for the television. The TVs are smart and there’s never enough buttons on those remotes to work all the functions of the tv! That’s really my only issue with the entire stay, and really, not that big of an issue. Even the cleaning staff and the ladies working in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful.

“Nice Comfortable Place to Stay”

Friendly staff, good breakfast, room and faculties were clean. Good place to stay for solo or families. Reasonably priced. Very comfortable for this type of facility. Would stay here again. I had an early flight, and they provided me with a breakfast to go.

After checking in I entered the 6th floor room and immediately noted the doggy odor. So I moved to another room and it had unreliable internet. It wouldn't allow me to log in. The third room smelled of pet too, so I left the door open to the hallway for a while to air it out. The rep at the front desk said that only service animals are accommodated, so I began to wonder about the parrots and the squirrels that could be given that consideration. Does the guest services rep evaluate each pet to determine its eligibility to accompany its owner to a room? Just interested in knowing whether the housekeeping team does a deeper clean when animals have been present. If only there were windows to open... As I have noted when discussing other hotels the toilet was basically set up for a toddler. Older folks may have a difficult time with a height that requires serious knee strength. For some reason the designer had replaced the bathroom sink with a countertop and planted a double sink in the alcove. The modern rainfall shower head on the ceiling managed to disperse a small puddle on the floor outside the stall. The stall, having only a single immobile pane of glass, didn't function to keep the floor from receiving the rainfall benefit. Breakfast coffee with no half and half offered was not the best. I don't care for all the fake flavors. Just plain old cream and sugar are fine, thank you. I could have opted for 2% milk I guess. The breakfast's bendable utensils were a charming touch. Be very careful cutting the breakfast sausage and buttering toast. The straw filled bed in the guest room was a true treasure. Using the way back machine I could imagine that it was put into service around 2019. On the plus side the lobby was inviting.
