“Both Hotel and Restaurant Excellent ”

Stayed here as a half way house on business. Easily parked behind hotel. Looks like it has been recently refurbished and to a high standard. Rooms are very nicely decorated, clean and quiet. Stayed here as a half way house on business. Easily parked behind hotel. Looks like it has been recently refurbished and to a high standard. Rooms are very nicely decorated, clean and quiet. The restaurant was excellent. Seemed like everybody orders steak and for good reason. They cut like butter! Exceptional. Only slight disappointment was breakfast but I’m a Brit I suppose. Will definitely stay here again.

“Good hotel, friendly and efficient staff,”

We stayed in Hotel Doppeladler for three nights. Rooms are very good, staff is friendly and efficient, bathroom large, clean. I had an apartment, with a settee, a large TV, and a kitchen with everything you need, including a large fridge. Parking is free and all around the hotel. The one fly in the… more

We stayed in Hotel Doppeladler for three nights. Rooms are very good, staff is friendly and efficient, bathroom large, clean. I had an apartment, with a settee, a large TV, and a kitchen with everything you need, including a large fridge. Parking is free and all around the hotel. The one fly in the ointment was the manager of the hotel. We wanted to reserve a table outside for dinner, but could not reserve until 17.00. When we came bck at 17.00 we were told in no uncertain terms that vereything was fully booked........That manager should take some lessons in hospitality and civility! Lucky we found a good alternative abouit 100 meters left of the hotel, a pizzeria with an extensive menu not only pizza's) and good wine! So we had our three nightly dinners there instead of in the hotel.

“Very nice indeed”

Very clean room. Large, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Clean sheets, super roomy. Will try the restaurant again later and update on this too. Huge plasma tv, nice and quite room. Bathroom glass door brings light early in the morning.

I was staying in the annex which is much newer than the main building. The room was comfortable but it lacked a bath, instead having a mobility shower with wheelchair access. I was staying in the annex which is much newer than the main building. The room was comfortable but it lacked a bath, instead having a mobility shower with wheelchair access. No Kettle in room but the main problem was very weak Internet which required you to sit beside the entrance door (not comfortable) to pick up a signal. Breakfast was buffet and was included - it was the highlight!!
