“Great host and equipped apartment”

Modern clean rooms well equipped. Organic food from the shop onsite was excellent. Stayed for 10 days. Gianni a super host. BBQ was in great condition to use. Safe gardens for children to play. Would stay again.

“Lovely rural farmhouse style apartment near Venice”

This place was an excellent choice because it was close to Venice so we could get there in 30 minutes but also seemed like a world away from all the masses of tourists and coach parties in Venice. This place was an excellent choice because it was close to Venice so we could get there in 30 minutes but also seemed like a world away from all the masses of tourists and coach parties in Venice. Gianni was a very good host and provided lots of maps and useful local knowledge on travel, restaurants etc. The apartment was clean and spacious and very comfortable for a short stay. I would recommend these apartments as a great alternative to being in Central Venice.

“Good location for visiting venice”

We arrived in Venice at approx 6pm , Gianni, our host, picked us up from the airport where he took us to the holiday apartment on his farm, he was very helpful with lots of information about the waterbus , bus stops and so on. We arrived in Venice at approx 6pm , Gianni, our host, picked us up from the airport where he took us to the holiday apartment on his farm, he was very helpful with lots of information about the waterbus , bus stops and so on. The apartment was very clean, but after a long day it would have been nice to have some milk in the fridge and maybe a loaf of bread as we had no means to get anywhere, we were able to buy some wine and milk from Gianni's shop, he had a lot of home grown veg there but not quite the stuff for a meal. Gianni was always polite, helpful and professional, he took, and picked us up from the bus stop every day. The negative about this place is that he had other people here who worked at the airport who were noisy late at night, it meant that we didn't get a good sleep and the pillows were very hard.
