“Charming hotel in a very convenient location.”

Unusually spacious room considering it’s in the middle of Venice within 5 min walk of Ponte Rialto. Also very near some famous gelato and cichetti places. Unusually spacious room considering it’s in the middle of Venice within 5 min walk of Ponte Rialto. Also very near some famous gelato and cichetti places. Rooms are cleaned regularly and the service staff polite and helpful. Beds and pillows are a tad hard but no a big deal. Water pressure in our room was pathetic but we were too lazy to complain. No elevator so prepare to haul your own luggage. Otherwise a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again in the future.

“Very centrical and beautiful place”

Just a few minutes walk from Rialto's bridge, this beautiful structure is surrounded by canals. “Fit for Purpose”

We booked this hotel for a 4 night romantic get-away, and they offered us a good deal for such a central location. Overall the hotel was quite nice, the room was a little small but we did just go for a standard so we didn't expect it to be massive. The room had a couple of flaws, like cracks in the stone floor and quite hard bedding, and the hotel was down a bit of an ally way so it was a bit difficult to find at first, but overall it was a nice stay. I will say however that the staff did not seem to be around much; we arrived at about 8pm and our key was just on the desk with a piece of paper with instructions on it, and we checked in properly the next morning. We also had an early morning flight at the end of our holiday so we had to check out the night before as the reception was not going to be open until 8am, and we had to check out before the desk closed at 4pm. However, it was nice how much they relied on the honesty of their guests and we did always get our room made-up when asked and the breakfast and dinner staff were very friendly. The best part was that its location was very good, only a 5 min walk to the Rialto bridge if that, with two vaporetto stops in close proximity where we could get to St Marks and the Piazzale Roma very easily. There were also lots of restaurants and shops in the area so at night it was a lovely atmosphere. The restaurant downstairs was quite fancy with classic Venician dishes, and breakfast was nice too. Overall, if you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced to stay for a sight-seeing weekend, with access to many amenities, I would recommend it.
