“Great stay”
We stayed here for 2 nights prior to our cruise, we chose this hotel because of its close location to the water bus, so we didn't have to drag our luggage far. “Still great”
This is a place we stayed at several years ago (about 12). Returning .. it is still a great place. We had a lovely time in the Guesthouse Ca' San Marcuola. The hotel is close to the water bus stop and not too far from the Santa Lucia Train Station. “Hop, skip and jump from a vaporetto”
This place is just a quick couple of minutes walk from a water stop. When we landed in Venice we took the water bus from the vaporetto, a water stop as it is called in Italian which is just opposite the railway station. It is the third stop from the railway station. “Clean but simple.”
We had stayed in this hotel a few years ago, before Covid. The rooms are the same, clean and simple. The change is there is No breakfast, you check in about 4 minutes away and there is no staff or lobby on site. You enter through a side door using a code.
