“Great value in great location”

A bit hard to find as the name is listed on the buzzer of the building. But easy enough afterwards. They provide a set of keys for every door and elevator. The hotel is located in a nice location near Termini station. There is a great bakery next door that serves a nice cappuccino. The room was great for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that when checking in, there is a city tax of 10 euros. For the price, this hotel cannot be beat. I will stay here again!

“Good location, clean & tidy”

We stayed here for four nights. The place wasn’t easy to find as it’s only mentioned on the buzzer. To make things slightly trickier the hotel isn’t manned at all times, but you can call for assistance, which we had to do. It probably took us 30-minutes to actually get inside the hotel. We stayed here for four nights. The place wasn’t easy to find as it’s only mentioned on the buzzer. To make things slightly trickier the hotel isn’t manned at all times, but you can call for assistance, which we had to do. It probably took us 30-minutes to actually get inside the hotel. The hotel itself is very small, but clean and tidy. No real objections to the room. They did a very good job cleaning each day. The location is good - 15-minute walk to the Colosseum and a metro stop around the corner.

This is the first time I have to call someone at a property to ask him to go to open the door for people who have been waiting for an hour in the street as he was in lunch break and no one was available to open the door. The person at the reception is very irresponsible and with poor English. I tried to make myself a cup of tea using the hotel's cattle but I was horrified with how dirty it was! Nevertheless, I have to say that the room itself was good in terms of space and cleanness. The location was also very good, 10 min walk from Termini train station and similar walk to 2 different subway station. Also a walking distance from the Colosseum.

These are managed apartments located about 30 minutes from the Ciampino Airport. We booked the apartment after checking the distance from the city and places we needed to visit during our stay in Rome. However, upon arrival, the person who seems to be managing the apartments told us that our room is in a different location and it is located few minutes walk away from the original location shown on our booking. This was because we were a family of 4 and the rooms in the building which was shown in the booking can not accommodate a family of 4. Hesitantly we followed him to the new apartment and found the suggested apartment adequate to our requirements. The apartment is situated on a busy street, with Metro station entrance, busy bus stop and a park on the doorstep of the building. The apartment was spacious enough for all for 4 of us with secure access, it also offered a convenient store right next to the entrance of the building, and there were plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars on few minutes walking distance. During our 3 days in Rome, we mostly walked to most of the tourist place and found the location of the apartment very helpful. We mainly used the apartment for sleeping in as we were out most of the day sightseeing but it was always nice to come back to clean and tidy room. Also, communication with the staff was never a problem as they spoke good English.
