“Central and stylish”

Spacious and beautiful place, very clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, just two minutes from the train and bus station. It was quiet even though it is a busy area. The owners were very polite and helpful with directions.

“Small but convenient ”

We picked this place mainly because of their location. Just around the corner from Rome termini station. Restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops (you name it) are just on your doorstep. We picked this place mainly because of their location. Just around the corner from Rome termini station. Restaurants, cafes, bars and souvenir shops (you name it) are just on your doorstep. Our room though was very very small and didn't have much room to even put our luggages lay flat. But I think its because we picked their small room. I happened to walk pass the room next to ours when its door was open (which was their deluxe or something rather) and it looked a lot more spacious. The owner of the place was very friendly and informative and he even booked us a taxi to the airport. And for the air con, it was the best one we'd had in our entire trip in Italy.

“Clean accommodation locates near Roma Termini station”

We stayed here for 3 nights and selected mainly for proximity to the train station as we were travelling from Bologna arriving in the evening. The location isn't the most picturesque but it's convenient and the room was clean and modern (if lacking a high end finish). I'd read reviews about the place being hard to find so took a look on Googlemaps beforehand which made it easy. The owner, Ulli got in touch a couple of days before with his phone number and got to us 10 minutes after we text him to let him know we'd arrived. As a host Ulli was great and provided us with a map and some tips for our stay - all of which proved to be a good shout! The room was cleaned daily with new towels etc. The main reason for me only giving 3 stars is the aircon. It's a portable unit which is very noisy but doesn't effectively cool the room either (partly due to the heat the unit gives off itself). Our stay being during a particularly hot and humid period, this made for a couple of nights with barely any sleep. If you were staying at another time of year this probably wouldn't be an issue however. The shower isn't very powerful and for me, this and aircon are two of the main things I look for in a hotel. Particularly when you've spent 12 hours pounding the steers of Rome and need somewhere to freshen up and rejuvenate. Would I stay here again? Probably not but I would recommend if you want functional accommodation and are staying outside summer temperatures!
