Only 5 minutes to the subway, you can buy everything to make breakfast every morning. very clean and the staff was very nice. It is not located on the touristy zone so it is very calm and peacefull but you can be on the touristy zone in no more than 10 minutes. Really easy to get from the airport and with a lot of places to eat nearby. Very clean and comfortable.

“An Economical place to stay”

If you're looking for a decent place to stay at a low price this is it. Very close to shopping and eating. It is like an apartment where you share the kitchen area and living area. We did have our own bathroom and we were on the street level where you could here everything from the people walking by talking, the cars and scooters. We did spend most of our days out and only were there in the late evenings and to sleep. I was happy with the room and the cleanliness of the room.

Before I get into this review, I would like to note that the room we stayed in was lovely! Close transport links, very clean and modern with air con and close to a supermarket and a local market which was lovely. We arrived and followed the instructions given on our confirmation email, we were told to connect to a Wi-Fi spot outside a building which did not exist so we had to call a number on the side of the building to get through to anybody. The whole process was quite confusing. About 20 minutes after we made the phone call a lady met us outside the building. She was nice but we still don't know who she actually was. We were then told that the room that we had booked had somebody else in it and we were then lead away from the building to a different site on a 15 minute walk along with another couple who were meant to be at a site that was on a different side of town. The hotel we were lead to turned out to be an apartment which was again quite confusing. After being showed around we were told that we would have to share a set of keys to the flat with the couple next door which meant we couldn't lock our door or leave the flat. We messaged the lady on whatsapp as instructed but we got no reply and had to call instead. We were told that the couple next door also had this problem. Due to this we lost the first night of the holiday waiting for a second set of keys when we had spent extra on flights to arrive early that day. After the first day things went smoothly, however, a minor complaint would be that we had to share an air conditioning remote with the couple next door which lead to us sometimes having a very hot room at night if the remote was locked in the other room. We were never told how to check out of the hotel so we just left the keys and hoped for the best. All in all it wasn't a terrible experience, and again the room was lovely, however, there was a severe lack of communication from the staff and this caused a lot of issues that could have been easily avoided.

“American stay”

Hard to understand Giovanni on the phone so he could pick me up very frustrating but he is such a nice guy the maid she very!! Friendly I can't express that enough the room was clean and bed was amazing after a 20 hour trip it felt great to shower n take a nap. One thing I didn't like was the bat… more

Friendly I can't express that enough the room was clean and bed was amazing after a 20 hour trip it felt great to shower n take a nap. One thing I didn't like was the bathroom it was too small it didn't smell right a very odd smell and I saw a few bugs maybe ants in the shower area eh but over all the stay was nice and you get your privacy nice kitchen area!
