Both hosts Ms Rita and Mr. Alessandro were incredibly charming, not to mention our flight got delayed couple of hours and we arrived pretty late at night - check in was still no problem at all. We recommend warmingly staying at this B&B and will come back the next time we're in Rome.

“One of the Best in Rome!”

We were very happy with our choice in staying here. the B&B is a short walk away from the Colosseum and easily accessible from both the Vitorio Emanuele (A-line metro) and Colosseo (B-line metro) metro stations! Both these metro stations can be reached from Rome's main train station, Roma Termini. We found the address to the B&B offices fairly easily, and we were slightly earlier than the check-in time of 11:00; nevertheless, we were helped speedily and set up in our room. Our host was extremely friendly, and explained all the ins and outs of our stay, including how to get to the metro stations, where to get breakfast, etc. As with many Italian B&B's, if you have breakfast included, there is no breakfast room, rather, you walk to a nearby restaurant that they have an agreement with for a croissant and a coffee/juice. Unlike many other B&B's though, you also have the option of a sandwich or a tramezzini if a croissant is not enough for you. Included in the room is a fridge with all sorts of goodies, all for free! In ours there was a can of Pepsi, two bottles of water, two fruit juices, a tray of ham, a tray of cheese, and some yogurt. Furthermore, there is also a kettle with coffee and tea, some biscuits, melba toast, fresh apples, and an entire loaf of bread. They usually replenish the stock every 2 to 3 days we noticed. The room also has a TV (only Italian channels though, and even some classic US Shows such as House, were dubbed in Italian), a decent size bathroom with loads of fluffy towels, and an electronic safe. The only major drawback for us was that the aircon made a lot of noise during the night, but other than that, our stay was perfect. I also got sick during our trip, which necessitated us to check out a day early and return home. When we informed the owners that we would be doing this, they offered to refund us for that night; which I think is really wonderful and generous of them. We insisted they keep the money as we had such a lovely time staying with them, and as a parting gift, we got a huge packet of Italian Biscuits from them to say thank you. Together with the biscuits the also left us a bottle of mini champagne, which was so thoughtful since we did not expect it, as they usually give it on the last night, and we were checking out early. 100% would stay there again and I would recommend them to anyone, especially for their location, but also for their hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile.

Stayed here for 3 nights recently and couldn't be happier with the accomodation and location. It was great value for money, out hosts were friendly, informative about the area and really welcoming. As mentioned in other reviews we had lots of yummy goodies and drinks provided as well as breakfast at a local cafe which was simple but with enough choice. Would be more than happy to stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
