“Very nice owner and a very nice place”

We spent 3 nights in Rome. The city is amazing, a wonder. First day we travelled by hop on hop off buses. It's super opportunity for turists. Next day we walked to the famous places and buildings. It's easy to go on foot in the centre with a map (we got it from the owner). Gigi Holiday has a very good location, because it's very close (about 7 minutes walk) to Termini. At first we worried about the surroundings, but we realized that it's safe. The room was spacious, clean and air conditioned, the bed was comfortable. Santolo, the owner, is a very helpful, a polite and a nice man. I recommend Gigi Holiday to everybody.

“Very nice place”

Me and my brother had 4 comfortable nights. We chosed the small bedroom with one big double bed. It was nice, warm, and quiet. The breakfast was plenty and the place is on the first floor of a decent area. Santolo is a nice host. Everything good!

“Very Good B&B close to Roma Termini”

Very good location if you need to stay close to Roma Termini. It may sound dangerous at night, but it was not. We walked normally in te neibourhood. Very good location if you need to stay close to Roma Termini. It may sound dangerous at night, but it was not. We walked normally in te neibourhood. Santolo is one great Host and is avilable to give you information about the city. He made himself available for our need. The bedroom I stayed is very big, with good air conditioning, it has view to the streed (what make a little noisy). Shower was good with hot water (bethroom door need some maintenance). Breakfast was ok considering the price. I would recommend Gigi Holiday.

Not sure what to think about this accomodation. Stayed here for 6 nights and for every positive thing I find a negative one, and vice versa. The location in terms of public transport is great; Termini station is a 10 min walk away just like the two metro stations. On the other side, the neighborhood is a little intimidating, dirty and feels unsafe after dark. The room (left of the kitchen) was very good and clean with free use of bed linen and towels but we could hear every move made in the kitchen, mostly by the owner who comes to the b&b to wash the dishes. Due to very hot weather we spent a few hours after noon in the room to rest and that was the noisiest time. Also, had some trouble with the aircondition that would not turn off, even after it had been on for hours, and with cold water in the bathroom. Forget about cold water between 10 am and 8 pm, the pipes get so hot that you have to wait 5-10 min for the running water to become cold. A variety of sweet choices for breakfast but something salty would not hurt here and there.
