The owner was absolutely brilliant, absolutely wonderful and friendly. Met us when we arrived and greeted us every morning with an espresso and a croissant. The accomodation is in a lovely central location near to the Colosseum and there are plenty of options for dining within walking distance of the rooms. Excellent, personal experience and added a nice touch to the holiday to Rome.

“Fabulous little gem of a place”

The host, Andrea was friendly and welcoming. He explained how everything worked, coffee machine, safe and door entry system. The host, Andrea was friendly and welcoming. He explained how everything worked, coffee machine, safe and door entry system. He told us closing times of the Domus Aurea Park and alternative route to get back from the Metro. Room was furnished beautifully and the kitchen and communal areas were lovely. Free cold drinks, water, beer and soft drinks were an added nice touch. We were even allowed to leave our luggage after check out as had a late flight home. Best B & B we have ever stayed in, highly recommend. Disliked · Only thing missing from the room was a full length mirror, otherwise could not fault this accommodation.

Me and my boyfriend have just got back from a 4 day trip in Rome. It was our first time, so we were looking for a place that would be quite central to get to all the main attractions easily. Domus Diana was in great quiet location, just a 5 minute walk from the Colosseum. We were greeted by Francesco, who was just amazing! He was an excellent host, funny and gave great advice and had fantastic local and historical knowledge of the city and spoke excellent English. We stayed in the Aqua room which was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom, air conditioning and a lovely big street facing window. If you are looking for a base to explore the city you will struggle to find anywhere better than here for your money, add Francesco's wealth of knowledge in to the mix and it might just be impossible. When we come back (and we will) we will be staying here again.

We stayed at Domus Diana in the aria room, on arrival Franchesco couldn’t do enough for us he gave us maps for the area pointed out all of the tourist attractions and was extremely helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean with great storage facilities and was immaculately cleaned… more

We stayed at Domus Diana in the aria room, on arrival Franchesco couldn’t do enough for us he gave us maps for the area pointed out all of the tourist attractions and was extremely helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean with great storage facilities and was immaculately cleaned every day. Air conditioning was also available. The standard of three accommodation was very much in line with the cost. Would definitely return if I was to visit Rome again.
