“it is all what you need”
I have read a lot of bad reviews about this hotel. Well, I stayed here 4 nights and have nothing bad to say about it, infact I was pleased for what I got for the money I payed. “Location is good”
Location is good as some attractions are walking distance and metro station is close to the building. But room was bad and dirty. Toilet was dirty as well. For a nights stay it fine. Restaurants nearby where good.

“didn't like the neighborhood”
It is not far from the important spots in Rome, it's close to tranposrts, the room was nice clean and the reception was okay. One major negative thing: The neighborhood is not nice at all. It is frequented by drunk homeless people, and the park next to it does not seem safe especially at night.
