Pick up your keys at the hostel that manages the apartments. Walk around the block and gain access to your own little apartment in Granada. There was an elevator in the building, which made luggage more manageable. It's small and utilitarian, but how much time do you spend in your room when you're in a city like Granada? Bed was clean, but a little on the hard side. Kitchen was small, but absolutely functional, as was the bathroom. AC was very welcome and effective. They do have a room attendant that comes daily if you want them to. I was a solo-traveler, so didn't need any housekeeping. I recommended this place to a local who's dad was coming to visit him there. The location of this place is also very good. It's within walking distance to the really beautiful areas of the Albacin, as well as the cathedral. An annoying feature was that the rolling metal shades they have over the street facing window was jammed in the down position. Aside from that, everything worked well.

We took a double and a single room for a short stay in Granada, the rooms were fairly compact and basic but all we wanted was a base to use when in the city so it was perfect for that. Our bed was really comfortable and we had the best sleep we've had in ages. The staff were friendly and helpful with a decent grasp of English which helped as our Spanish is not good. The hotel is really central so it can be a bit noisy later from street noise at night - but then if you choose to stay centrally in a city with a busy nightlife then what can you expect? :)

You'd have to check-in and collect your keys at the hotel which is down the road from the apartment . You would have to walk through an alley to get to the apartment. It is best to use the travellers backpack and if u must carry a luggage, make sure it is not too heavy because pulling them would be a hassle. The apartment that we got was on the forth floor and there was elevator service available. It wasn't big but it was spacious enough for us (there were 6 of us) to feel comfortable. 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed, two single bed and 1 sofa bed. There were air-conditioning in each rooms, 1 bathroom (very clean), free WiFi, kitchen utensils, cookware, microwave, washing machine, fridge and also a drying rack for your laundry. Though there weren't any iron found, wished there was one during our stay. Since we got the top floor, we saw an access to the balcony; however when we stayed there it was locked and we tried every single keys available and no luck. Perhaps try asking the receptionist if you could go to the balcony. There was a shop near the apartment so you can get supplies there if you need any. To hire a taxi was easy because you'd only have to go back to the check in counter and tell the receptionist and it will take no more than 5minutes for the taxi to arrive. It will take like 25 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to the Granada train station. You'd have to walk to the bus stop not far from the apartment to get to Alhambra.

We really liked our little flat which when you arrive may seem very out of the way. Not at all. It is maybe a block off Calle Naves which is a major walkers thoroughfare at night. More restaurants than we could sample. The flat had a queen bed and an L-shaped sofa which could pull out. If we needed something, all we had to do was ask. We received extra pillows (the bed came w one giant, long pillow) and a drying rack for our laundry. There is a washer. There is an elevator. At the central location, staffed 24/7, you can get maps and tourist advice. I was directed to a beauty salon around the corner. In the courtyard, which will be great in summer, is a shelf of books - you can borrow one, take one, or trade. I traded a book about travel in Ethiopia for Michener's Iberia. BE SURE you know where you are going. Do not go to the flat, but the main office which is on Calle Virgen del Rosario - which is what Calle Naves changes its name to. They are the same street w more than one name. It is 2 or 3 blocks from the flat. The little restaurant next door to the right (facing your entry) has a good but limited menu. No dessert of any kind. When we checked out, a taxi was called and was there within 2 minutes. We really liked this spot. Final note: If you stay over the weekend, the price for those nights goes way up. Recommended nevertheless. The company also has other types of accommodations.

I really wanted to like this property but found it lacked an eye for detail for consistent cleanliness throughout the apartment. For example, the toilet and bedsheets were very clean, however the shower was mouldy, towels had stains (per other reviewers' photos) and the couch is in need of a steam clean. It met our needs given we needed mid-holiday laundry refresh and indeed the location is great. Staff are friendly and assisted us with bookings for Sierra Nevada.
