Hotel Ucanca is situated right next to the airport in South Tenerife. Its literally a 5 min drive away so very convenient for a late arrival orcearly departure. Rooms are spacious and clean. “Clean, tidy and basic”

Flight cancelled and had to scramble for a hotel. Found Hotel Ucanca and turned out we got lucky. Situated close to the airport, the hotel was clean and comfy. Flight cancelled and had to scramble for a hotel. Found Hotel Ucanca and turned out we got lucky. Situated close to the airport, the hotel was clean and comfy. Very very basic but had everything you need for an overnight stay. Wouldn't recommend for a holiday though. If stuck and under pressure, don't be shy to book this, it will serve you well for a night or two while you get sorted.

“Comfortable and clean”

A stay over new year in close proximity of El Medano and right next to the bus and taxi stations. Clean rooms, quiet and comfortable. Excellent price - quality ratio 👍Strong recommendation if in need of a comfortable quick stay over. Breakfast available near by in cafes.

Very solid place. Good room with a comfy bed, and nice bathroom with some complimentary mini shampoos and soaps. The room came with a TV, Wi-Fi, and a safe, as well as a large fan (which was useful, as the room was very hot in August). The room had a balcony (not much a view, unfortunately), but hotel was very well-situated near the coast. Right outside is a bus stop that you can take to go to the airport, or to travel up to the north. I got to the hotel from the airport by taxi in max. 10 minutes for about 10 euros (a bus would be much cheaper, but they don't run as regularly late at night). I got there at past midnight, and it took me a while to figure out that I needed to use the buzzer on the right to get in, due to how late it was. It was not an issue for the staff, however, they came to let me in, and were very amiable. I can't comment on how well they speak English, as I spoke to them entirely in Spanish. I wasn't given much information at check-in. I couldn't remember if breakfast was included (no one told me), and I had to ask what time check-out was the next day. (Luckily, it wasn't until 2, though, so nobody was rushing me out.) Place was clean, and there were no bugs! Nice decor, good atmosphere, good value for money.
