“Good value hotel near St Malo”
A good location to stay before taking the morning boat from St Malo (about 40 minutes). The hotel and restaurant face the sea. Typical but renovated bedroom of a two star Logis de France. Excellent €29.50 three course restaurant menu with various choices and a limited but good wine list. Restaurant… more

“Constantly improving”
Eaten here before and have been impressed, so tried again on this visit to the area. The owner? / managers always provide a warm welcome whether we stop for a coffee in the much improved and stylish bar, or to book dinner. The menu allows you the choice of the freshest and highest quality seafood, … more

“you're in france”
we arrived in Le Vivier-sur-Mer by bicycle after spending the morning at Mont Saint Michel. It was a Sunday so no restaurants open for lunch or dinner. We were looking forward to dining at Restaurant Le Bretagne but it was not open. Just need to respect French custom. The local supermarket was open… more
