On 23 January 2020, the new Balearic Law against Tourism Excesses entered into force, which prohibits all-inclusive deals with unlimited alcoholic beverages. Only a maximum of three alcoholic beverages per guest will be served during lunch and/or dinner.
We would also like to inform you of the following restrictions included in the law:
Practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests are strictly prohibited at hotels, apartments and holiday properties. These practices include climbing from one balcony or window to another and jumping from inappropriate places such as balconies into swimming pools (a practice widely known as ';balconing';). Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.
Failure to comply with the prohibition of practices which may endanger the life, health and physical integrity of guests will be considered a serious offence. In the Balearic Islands, serious offences are subject to a fine between 6,001 and 60,000 euros.

“Nice and Peaceful”
A nice family run hotel. Quiet and peaceful. On Monday evening the owner family invited the staying quests for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Nice parking area at the back of the hotel. Not a big hotel, offers a nice change when compared against the big hotel chains.

“Good location fro Rennes area”
Staff was very friendly. When they were closed they could be reached by telephone. Excellent location. Good internet. Rooms on the ground floor can be cold (ask them to put the heater on) and have no side or back windows. Probably the best in this town and only 10-15 minutes by car from Rennes.
