They have tried at this hotel, bathroom floor looks new, fixtures all updated the room looked freshly painted, the linens and towels smelled very fresh and the room was nice and clean, however the lighting is all pot lights in the ceiling with no covers and can be very blinding, thank goodness there was one table lamp, with plastic covering over the shade but at least the light was gentler on the eyes. And the mattresses we had made these awful crunching noises with any movement, I looked to see if it was just a protective covering but there were none, it was truly the mattress itself. The stairs to the second level had a couple of treads that were cracked and gave a bit, a little concerning with luggage and what not, no elevator and all outside access. They include a continental breakfast, that's a big stretch, they have a 2 burner coffee pot in their office and boxes of packaged muffins, Danish, and donuts. I didn't see juice or even plates or napkins.
