We were very happy with our stay. Our room was a one bedroom suite and it was a great room. The bed was so comfortable and the air conditioner put out really cold air. The curtains were black out and did just that. The elevators were fast and I liked that you needed your room card to leave the 1st floor. We had traveled all day so we had room service. The steak Frites and fish and chips were delicious! The only complaint I have is having to pay $14.00 a night too park, otherwise our stay was great!

“Best U.S. Embassy Suites Hotel & Spa!”

This is my favorite Embassy Suites I've stayed at in the United States! It's conveniently located right off Interstate 25 north of Denver (about 45 miles) and south of Fort Collins (about 10 miles) . It once was out there by itself next to the Blue Arena at the Ranch Events Complex but now there are restaurants, shopping and convenient stores located nearby. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast (different hours for the week & weekends) and complimentary happy hour like most Embassy Suites. The customer service is very good and the rooms and hotel are very clean and this hotel even offers a full service spa. The hotel has a indoor pool, fitness center, large conference rooms and the Rocky River Bar & Grill. The lobby area is nice and kept clean and a good area to socialize if you have a large group of people who want to hang out and talk versus trying to fit in a living room area of a suite room. The hotel did start charging $15 per night for parking that I'm not a fan of. I think they should offer complimentary parking for at least their "Diamond" Hilton Honor members. The parking fee is relatively new in the past year or two. There is a lot of parking available so I don't see why the need to charge hotel guest a parking fee since they aren't located in a downtown area where parking is a premium. The parking fee is for self-parking and they don't offer any type of valet service or have any bellman on hand but they do have luggage carts available. If you're attending a show at the Blue Arena you can't get any closer than this hotel. Also, if you're interested in visiting Fort Collins breweries this hotel isn't too far from them and Fort Collins has quite a few of them...but "don't drink & drive." If you stay at this hotel, I am confident you won't be disappointed and this is where we plan on staying the next time we are in the Loveland/Fort Collins area.

This hotel is ok. The breakfast was good, and the pool was relaxing. Reception was good as always. But, there are still some downsides. The elevators now require a key card to go to only your floor you are staying on. So I could not help this lady who's Hands were full, and wanted the 8th floor. But I was on the 7th, so I could not help her, and felt bad. It should be if you have valid key card, you can go to any floor. Also, you have to pay to park. It did not used to be this way for the 10 years I have been coming here. Embassy Suites has lost its charm.
