“Quaint, traditional & peaceful.”
Pretty & traditional Guest House, beautifully & sympathetically decorated. Helpful staff, quiet area. Clean and pretty room. Good breakfast clean and well equipped bathroom & bedroom. Good parking. Very relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

“Quintessentially Swedish hotel and smorgasbord near prehistoric rock carvings.”
Very comfortable, quintessentially Scandinavian inn with a marvelous buffet-style restaurant in a separate historic building. The cold smoked salmon alone was worth it. A great jumping off point for visiting Tanum’s remarkable prehistoric rock carvings.

“Oldest Hotel”
The room was really special. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom but the room was otherwise very nice. The stairs do not squeak, which you might expect for an older building that has been remodeled. The restaurant was just average for the price.
