The most warm and cosy place we have stayed for a winter vacation. This hotel was huge surprise since we did not expect such great level of service from a small boutique hotel. I must assert that the staff was really nice and pleasant, solving every problem and meeting all demands, which was quite unusual for us in Austria :). Moreover, the food was like in Michelin star restaurant! There were great amenities for children and the location is priceless! Highly recommending it!

“Nice hotel, friendly staff”

This is very nice, not too big hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager is all the time going around and trying to help. The food is very good, with lot of choice and specialities. There is a big playing room for children of all ages.

In a word, all praise for a wonderful small family-friendly hotel with lots of loved ones, from the service of the staff, the wonderful owner and his wife to the fantastic accommodation. The whole hotel is neat, clean, everything smells nice. All bathroom supplies every day. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Going to the saunas through the warm corridors of a beautifully decorated hotel or by elevator. A small jazz pool at the top of the hotel to relax after skiing. The breakfast offer is excellent, afternoon free coffee time with cake , the three-course dinner is also excellent, and you also have an offer of a children's menu every night. Children's animation: the hotel has a room for small children with toys .... young Tamas is fantastic..also a ski guide. Hotel parking behind the hotel is free and covered. The ski resort is only a 5-minute walk away. There you have a heated box for ski equipment. Everything is GREAT. We're coming back for sure. Thx

It is difficult to sum up in words the experience - hospitality, cleanlines, amenities and food of the hotel. It was excellent and beyond that! The Alpine room we booked was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and unbeatable views to the Carnia slope. The amenities of the hotel were excellent - top deck pool is amazing, overlooking the village and the slope, with great temperature (33 degrees) and great whirlpool add-ons. We had HB service and the food was amazing as well-well cooked, tasty and we were able to choose our mains every day. The closeness to the slope and the fact that we were provided with our storage at the slope additionally made our stay carefree. The last but certainly not the least were the hosts - Mr Christian and his lovely wife - who were there every day to make our stay even better with information and true concern about our experience. We had excellent ski safari with Tamas, ski guide, who gave us some great tips and was very friendly, with additional information on the surrounding area. We had great service by waiters as well (Samir, Cristopher and others) who were polite and friendly. I would like to have the hotel all to myself, but it was too good not to tell EVERYONE!!! We wish to thank the hotel owner and staff for an amazing holiday!
