“nice and clean hotel in superb location”
I have in general very positive impressions - property is clean, staff is nice, location is very convenient in shopping and restaurants district in very centre of Berlin, few steps from Zoo train station.

“Great location Awesome staff!!”
I have stayed here multiple times and my teens stay here when they travel alone. Great traditional feel, great breakfast. There is no elevator for the first flight of stairs. This may be an issue if one cannot carry it's luggage for a flight of stairs

“Very good hotel”
Good hotel for staying in Berlin. Very near the train station so can make your way into the city centre with ease. Quite an old fashioned hotel but big spacious room and great shower and toilet facilities. Room was clean and the hotel had all the basic necessities

Good hotel with a great location. Cleanliness could be improved as there was a dirty cup left by a previous guest on my bathroom sink and no housekeeping during my stay of three days.
