Booked this place last min when my husband and I decided to go to Cinque Terre. From my research I concluded it best we stay in Levanto as it is an easy access point to the 5 lands. We drove in from Florence so I had to consider parking. The hotel did not advertise free parking like some others but the ones that did were booked. The hotel was easy to find and accessible by car so we did not have to haul our luggage up stairs and narrow alleyways. The woman at the front desk was very nice, she did her best to give us information and directions and as a bonus, a free parking pass in a nearby lot!! The place is nice, clean, has everything a reasonable person needs on a trip to the Italian country side. The shower was small yes but it had the best water pressure and hottest water we had in any hotel in Italy. Breakfast was good with many options. there were extra blankets in the closet. Staff were nice a friendly. highly recommend.

“Very nice place to stay”

The bedroom is small but OK, the bathroom is very small, difficult for shower. The breakfast is amazing and one of the receptionists (Monica) is very gentle, helpful and kind! The bedroom is small but OK, the bathroom is very small, difficult for shower. The breakfast is amazing and one of the receptionists (Monica) is very gentle, helpful and kind! She gave a lot of recommendations in the town and surroundings. It’s in the Center which helps a lot to go everywhere. We were lucky to come in 25th of July, there is the San Giacomo celebration and there were 30’ of fireworks on the beach at 23h of this day. Very nice! I guess we could spend more time here.

“Small and friendly”

When I say this hotel was smalI mean every part of it. That includes even the room. A wooden dubble door gave the impression of something luxury behind. It wasn't. A bed, a combination of refrigerator/sideboard, wardrobe, a desk that you hardly could reach and a bathroom in which you hade to turn a couple of times before you could take a shower. But I liked the place, and specially the staff. A big eloge to them all.

“No Sleep”

Booked the hotel with the idea we would use it as our base to see Chinqe Terra. 1st night was a Saturday night and the noise from the street went on all night. Booked the hotel with the idea we would use it as our base to see Chinqe Terra. 1st night was a Saturday night and the noise from the street went on all night. We were OK with this given it does get busier on weekends. The motel is quite central to all ristorants in the area however they do not rate in terms of where we have dined the previous 3 weeks. The motel itself is very basic and dated. Our room we booked has insecure doors that when you turn the light off the hall light shines in through gaps in the door as well as oversize outdated furniture rendering the room miniscule in terms of space to walk in. The door seems quite flimsy which would be opened easily whilst locked. You can hear doors slam and guests talking all night and in the early hours from the other hotel guests I suggest putting signs up to fix for new guests. We left the motel feeling exhausted with little to no sleep for days. The included breakfast is basic. The beach has limited access for non paying swimmers. There are a lot of beggars around the place making Levaunto a not to visit place for me again.
