“Lovely, relaxing vacation amongst the fig, pomegranate, olive and almond teees”
This was our second visit to this hotel and both times it was perfect. The hotel is in a building in the center of the small town and has all the authentic charm you could ask for in the Empordá. “Peaceful stay”
We stayed in the Olivera room for two nights. Beautiful surroundings and very comfortable room. Jame (sp?) was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant was wonderful for lunch and dinner. Highly recommend if in the Madremanya area.

“A definite MUST STAY Hotel if you can get a reservation”
If your looking for beauty and history this hotel has it in spades. The food was amazing and service was first class. The grounds of the hotel date back to around the 12th century. Very charming hotel in a medieval town. Very nice rooms, beautiful environment. Friendly and highly professional staff. Owner friendly, competent and welcoming. Joan behind reception also very competent and helpful. Food excellent and of high quality. Dog friendly. Highly recommended.
