We needed a hotel that was on a return leg from southern Bavaria, a reasonable distance from Calais & had parking big enough for a large van so picked Zum Alten Brauhaus based on that combined with the amount of restaurants & supermarkets nearby too. “Basic stay”
Traditional hotel, old style furniture, very small rooms but clean. Wifi Internet not working in the rooms (only at ground floor), nice people but not speaking English, good food at dinner and very nice breakfast. Price fair.
