“Excellent Stay”
I can only recommend this great hotel in the heart of Amritsar. I was travelling solo (female) and I really felt safe in the surroundings. “Perfect hotel”
Everything about this hotel is perfect. Room was very hygienically and cleanly maintained. All amenities needed for a good stay was available at the room. Perfect in everything. Morning breakfast was given so early.

“Poor hospitality”
The hotel seems to be famous among locals but their hospitality was too cold. First they changed our originally booked room and then didn't botjer to provide the basic necessities. No housekeeping done.
