I have been skiing with the SB gang since1998. January 2020 was my 9th week but the first one at the Chalet d'Antoine and it did not disappoint. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I was worried that my creaky body would not last the full week but Hannah the masseuse ensured that it did! Lovely food, good accommodation and great to be able to rent skis/boots within the chalet. As always, top class ski tuition and Megeve itself is always a treat for window shopping. We were blessed with blue skies and great snow all week - the best weeks skiing I have had for some time.

A very special place, we had a superb week, the staff are most helpful and do a great job of looking after the guests, ski tuition is excellent and the dinners are out of this world; a long way from usual ski holiday inclusive meals

I have been visiting Megeve with SB Ski for 16/17 years, I hope to visit again in March ‘20 and have already booked three rooms for next season. Going back to Chalet d’Antoine is like visiting old friends. It is not just another holiday. The teams that Jay and her management team put together year after year are friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The food is top notch and has the potential to make your ski kit a little more snug fitting by the end of your stay. And this year they even managed to arrange a massive fall of fresh snow. I can’t recommend highly enough.

I've been going here for 15 years plus. This years visit was dissapointing. The chalet Manager was not engaging and her customer service skills were lacking. On last night she said 'you owe me money'. It would have been better for her to have said 'how was your week and would you like to settle your bill'. Jay and Simon do not seem as engaged with the customers as they have been and they seem to have lost their 'enthusiasm' for the business. Toby's food was excellent as normal and the rest of the chalet staff were very good. The bar area and reception areas are tired. They need new carpets and sofa's (have done for a while). Some of the rooms are very tired as well. Our ski instruction was OK but instructor needed to be more engaging and communicate more efectively. This is all a shame as I normally book for next year before I leave. I decided not to this year.
