“What an experience of Great Hospitality”
Upon reaching Brunei for the first time I was met by the hotel pick up staff with a Welcome Smile and prompt service then when reaching the Hotel, the hotel Bell Boys and Receptionist was always Smiling and ever willing to help. “food and hospitality”
initially it was good but now I feel the decoration of room alone with lobby are not clean.second the person in check in disk board very less knowladge in English,Food are not good.The area is very coveniant to move in city and also subway is near by this hotel,
