Really impressed with this hotel although the majority of the guests looked to be 40-50+ so we felt a bit out of place, but enjoyed it nontheless. Rooms are dated but pleasant enough, bathroom is modernised which is good. Pool is a nice size though the water is salty like sea water so isn't the most pleasant. Food is fantastic, was a bit worried on the first night when i saw the roast dinner being served, but soon found the crispy pork and rice which was amazing, different themed nights such as mexican and british which were amazing. 2 of the chefs in particular were very friendly and funny and made an effort to say hello etc when we came over which was nice. The hotel is a 20 min walk away from all the seaside shops in Can Picafort, so a good distance away from the hustle and bustle but still in walking distance, just 5 mins walk to the beach too, which is next to a natural park for a nice morning walk. Great central location for getting to some good places like Arta, Valdemossa and Soller.

The best hotel we have stayed in by far. Wonderful welcoming staff, who always go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. Superb restaurant/food, we here people who have just completed a cruise, stating how good the food is. Wonderful entertainment staff who will always make sure people are happy and included. Top level evening entertainment, top level bands/singers and comedian. Location quiet and relaxed, easy walk to beautiful bay, short walk into Can Picafort along the sea front prom. It is a safe environment for all ages, yes an adult only hotel, 'not' an old peoples home as someone mis reviewed it. Would we come again, very much a yes, and yes we have been previously. This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. The snack bar and food in general is the best we have ever experienced in almost 30 years of all inclusive holidays. The evening entertainment is really good (though we don't go for entertainment ourselves). The daytime activities were pretty good (although there was one rather over-zealous crew member this time who was probably better suited to an 18-30's scenario and some people were covering their ears whenever said person was on duty). All the staff are incredibly lovely from the reception team to the restaurant, snack bar and bar staff. All in all, another great holiday. There was only one thing that was a drawback this time, and that was the number of people blatantly smoking or vaping in the public areas. We saw people around the pool, sitting in the outside bar and restaurant areas. We even heard someone say there was someone in the entertainment room smoking!! The management need to address this problem and speak to the ignorant few who think it is OK to break the rules and have absolutely NO RESPECT for the comfort of other holiday makers. Both the TUI rep and the hotel manager advised guests to confront these smokers themselves - this is NOT ON! It is not other guest's responsibility to confront the offenders (in fact it is the law in Alcudia). A threat of "If you persist you will be asked to leave the hotel" should do the trick. There were people clearly suffering from serious illness around the pool, yet the minority could not have cared less. We will be back next year and hope that the smoking/vaping has been remedied by then.
