Excellent hotel! Clean large comfortable rooms, clean premises, helpful friendly staff, indoor pool, breakfast included. “Awesome Place”
Love this Place !!!! Great Staff , Extremely Clean Rooms, Awesome Breakfast !!!! Everyone Happy Campers from the 1 yr. old to the 86 yrs. old. Loved the mountain views and pool with the hot tub to relax in after a long day. They also offer Dollywood Tickets at the front desk.

The room was fine except I don't know why they bother putting a room by the elevator and ice machine - noise all night long, screaming kids, etc. The breakfast area was too small for the number of people at the hotel and I can't imagine a time in Pigeon Forge that is less busy than when we stayed (… more
