“Sara The Guardian of Reception”
Just a note to say what a great job Sara does at the front of house. Every time we come for breakfast she greets us with a big smile and a professional and polite demeanour. As with everyone we come into contact with she is a credit to the Premier Inn.

We had a room next to the reception area, during the night there was regular, noise from the office door opening and closing. I spoke to Amy, deputy hotel manager who was brilliant.
