We were very happy here. My 12 year old and I came to ski and were happy to meet an extremely friendly receptionist with perfect English language skills. The hotel has rotating large groups of Asians which can be fairly loud. In fact, the hotel IS loud. Meaning every time someone in your vicinity goes to the bathroom or showers, you're going to know about it. Also the walls are like paper. That wasn't that big of a deal since we wanted to wake up early to ski, but if we had wanted to sleep in at all, that would have been pretty annoying. However, the rooms were BIG, which feels luxurious in Europe and we had plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable. The breakfast is ok. Not great. But the staff is so friendly it's hard to complain.

This hotel was selected by SOTC with whom we did group travel to Europe. I would classify this as a budget hotel with good size rooms. The room which I got had a balcony which gave a good view of the mountains. The hotel however has only one lift and it was an issue for a big group like us to use it. Also, the wifi was only available in the reception area. Although I don't have a complaint about wifi as I looked forward to spending some quality time in the quaint town over WiFi. The breakfast spread was ok nothing great to talk about but good enough to keep your tummy filled. The only thing which is big negative is the only lift in the hotel.

We were here for 5 nights and enjoyed the stay. Though we used to be out for most of the time, and hardly spent much time within the hotel, but what it was, was good! We had asked for a room with an extra bed, and so were given a large room that could actually accommodate 5 adults. The room had a lovely view of the mountains and the water fall. The cleanliness was good, with house keeping done every day. The breakfast was continental with limited options, but the food was good. The location is a plus. There is a Migros store bang opposite the hotel and many cafes just around the corner. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The temperatures were in the mid 20s when we stayed here, and it would get pretty hot inside the room at times. There was no fans, and so you need to open the room windows. Wifi was available only in the lobby area and was free. There was just one elevator, so you might need to wait for your turn at times,

We are in hotel from 9 the June to 16 the June check out as gem tours trip,, good hotel, nice h/keeping, WiFi at reception only, good shopping surrounding, co-op n migro store in front,good for gujju.

Neat, clean hotel, serene view of mountain tops with a small stream seen from our room. No frills basic Swiss hotel with reasonably spacious rooms. Has a separate all-day restaurant open to all. No AC. Has a lift upto III floor. Two minutes to bus & rail station. A few minutes walk takes you to a cable car to hitch to the top of a mountain.. Good idyllic tracking trail. Has a small open recreation and sports area for locals, who enjoy group activities here. A Supermarket is right next door for groceries and daily needs. Town has few shops.
