“Excellent customer service!”
We ended up at the Candlewood Suites last year after our house flooded. We stayed for almost five months while the house was being rebuilt. Management could not have been nicer to us. “Good service bad bedrooms.”
Service was nice but once we got into our room it was like they didn’t even clean it . There was dirt/mud on the carpet and also on the covers. The pillows were nice but had hair on them. The stove wasn’t cleaned . And the chair has a hole in it. Overall wouldn’t book this place again .

“Replace furniture.”
The room was clean, but the furniture was extremely dated and worn so much it look bad. Room was comfortable but a little off putting. A room should be inviting. Furniture like that would be replaced in my house. Enough said.Staff was friendly.
