Much rather stay here than on the 20th floor of some over priced or over crowded condo. Small old motel converted into ground level condo rentals. Some are privately owned. The owners are nice and neighborly. Room comes with two parking spots and outdoor seating. Community deck in the center overlooking the beach and it’s literally on the beach. No walking long distance from door to sand. One of our favorite places we have stayed due to location. Gated community. 2 chairs and umbrellas provided. Our room was great, clean, and comfy. Absolutely no complaints. Would recommend!!

This is a great place to stay. We were in Destin for a few days without reservations and came upon this 1 level condo. The people in the office were great and very accomodating and found us a room at the last minute and in just a few minutes we were checked in and enjoying the beach . We stayed in room 110 and it was about a 400 sf 2 room condo and looked like it had been remodeled recently. It had everything that we needed sofa (maybe a sleeper), loveseat, dining table, complete kitchen, 2 queen beds in the bed room plus all the linens. Rooms were quiet and TV in bedroom and living room. You are able to drive right up to the front door and there were 2 parking spaces. The property has a community patio over looking the gulf, spend the morning and evening looking out. Each condo has umbrella and 2 chair service on the beach that are setup for your use at no additional cost. It was easy getting to and from the beach. You can walk to several restaurants along the beach, and Publix is only about 3 miles away. We will be staying here again, perfect and cozy place to stay.

Love this place! Great location and so easy to get to and from the beach. Several places nearby to walk for lunch, dinner or snacks. We've stayed here several times and keep coming back due to the location and price!

Enjoyed room 109. Can’t get too much closer to the beach. Always seek out ground level places to stay. This was perfect. Queen beds were super cozy. The sofa and swivel chair in the living room were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything one needs. Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Nice stand… more

Enjoyed room 109. Can’t get too much closer to the beach. Always seek out ground level places to stay. This was perfect. Queen beds were super cozy. The sofa and swivel chair in the living room were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything one needs. Condo was clean and decorated nicely. Nice stand up large shower. Those who work in the office are friendly and helpful. Gated community keeps large groups from walking through and taking up all your fantastic beach space. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. Patio chairs outside your room door. Nice neighbors while visiting. Can’t wait to go back! The only cons were the bathroom sink drain didn’t drain very well but it wasn’t a huge deal. Likely just needs a good pipe cleaning... and a better shower head would have been nice. No other issues or complaints. Enjoyed my stay and was pleased with my choice of Capri!
