“Emergency assistance”
Ended up calling The Plaza out of desperation when our car broke down at 2am. Lorenzo the night manager was beyond helpful. We were in our room within minutes of our arrival. Thank you Lorenzo. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was quiet good. Very friendly staff

“Great stay, with the added ghostly experience.”
