Great place to stay. Handy for beach and shops, bars and restaurants. Clean and quiet. Would recommend to couples, but not sure about families! Lovely views and right by the sea. Had to pay in cash once we'd arrived so that might be an issue for some and something we hadn't even considered. Only got to know 48 hours before leaving home.

“Beautiful place, beautiful view...”

Stayed for 4 nights last April half term with the family. Place is easy enough to find (of course with a navigator) and is close to restaurants and about 3 minute walk to 2 good grocery stores where food was absolutely cheap (that is if you do decide to stay indoors and cook). Place has several floors and a penthouse. Access is easy with security code given prior to arrival. The ground floor looks isolated due to a lack of reception area and the main means of communication with the management is via text or phone call. Within the property are 2 swimming pools (1 adult and 1 kiddie size) and also a small tennis court. Access to rooms are via stairs or two lifts in the ground floor reception area. The lifts also go down to the basement area where the carpark is located if booked prior to arrival (recommended if renting a car but note that there are lots of parking spaces in front of accommodation and the surrounding areas). The accommodation we were given was on the 2nd floor. There was a small kitchen with a cooker (4 burners and oven), a mcrowave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, plates, glasses (including wine glasses) and all the cutlery. The living area has a dining table for four, a sofa bed, a television with satellite receiver (YES WITH ENGLISH CHANNELS 1-5 INCLUDING E4). French doors leading to the terrace with another dining table where you can enjoy breakfast while enjoying the sunrise. The terrace is protected from the elements with glass panelling which can be moved easily. Our bedroom had a nice cozy bed and built in wardrobe. The bathroom was OK with the wet area (shower) and toilet, sink. It could do with towel heaters but you can always hang your towels to dry in the terrace. Loads of towels are also provided. We had an allocated parking space pre-booked as we rented a car from Alicante. The accommodation is a very short walk to the beach and there are lots of bars and restaurants near the sandy beach. The restaurants close to the accommodation are a bit pricey and so we walked the very short distance onto the beach and had lovely drinks and meals by the beach. Overall, the accommodation is a good base for exploring Calpe. The pool was cold as it was still April but it is to be expected. Bonus was the English channels on TV when we retire early to catch up on the news and a bit of comedy.

I spent a week here with my 2 teenagers and want to let you know about this amazing place. These stunning apartments are extremely well-equipped (dolce gusto coffee machine:-) ) and all you will need for a self catering break including washing machine and dishwasher....as for the views they are unforgettable and utterly breathtaking. There were 3 windows with a view and a large 2 sided balcony with long window walls, table, chairs and two wicker loungers out to the magnificent Med. You wake up and look at this view...amazing!! The twin room has its own mini balcony with chairs and town views, lovely too. My son slept on sofa in lounge which he loved and gave him and his sister some space. There is ample storage, cupboards everywhere. Towels did seem on short supply but are quality and with washing machine and warm breeze were actually ample. We stayed on floor 12. May I agree wholeheartedly with previous comments on the wonderful concierge Annamaria, hardworking, helpful and smiling she even let us stay in the apartment till 4pm on departure daytime. Thankyou! As for Calpe recommendations we barely left the town. Beaches clean and not over packed in August; likewise the pool. Main beach has good float play area thing for young kids.Shopping strip lovely, full of families, not a single over-inebriated person was seen here. Take a town bus to the local tram station and take the tram to Benidorm its a lovely trip, takes about an hour and a half but worth it. Finestre/Marina stop in Benidorm for decent Mall-shopping. Shop staff/ bus drivers needs to work on a smile occasionally as we missed good British customer service but thank goodness we could walk anywhere and not be hassled by pushy sales people/restauranteurs which is usually so common. Consum supermarket I favoured over Mercadona for customer service but less choice. All in all FABULOUS.

Beautiful setting balcony overlooking the water kitchen fully equipped two lots of full length sliding doors onto the balcony needs to have some sort of warning sticker as me and my husband walked straight into them when shut very central and smaller beach only two mins from appt large promenade into main area for restaurants shopping one point if u need money u have to get the tourist noddy train into the old town for banks there is a cash machine in one of the hotels nearby but it never seemed to be working
