Excellent stay at this hotel. everything was perfect, the people working there, the rooms, the food and the location.

The stay is very comfortable. Room service was excellent and rapid. Reception and restaurant staff were nice and cooperative, but I have an objection about the value for money. I think that the hotel stay is relatively expensive. However, nothing to complaint of except for this point

Stayed for a couple of nights on business. Impressive looking building from the outside and a large, impressive ground floor upon entering. However, the first thing to strike me was the smell of cigarette smoke. Each to their own, but I am not a smoker, so the smell was not a welcome one for me! All of the public areas and even the bedrooms appeared to be smoking areas. When I walked into my bedroom, I was pleasantly surprised at the size. It was spacious, but a little tired and could do with updating and modernising the furniture and decor. Again, there was a smell of smoke in the room. However, the bed was large and comfortable, so made for a decent couple of nights sleep. Parts of the hotel are modern and contemporary and the outside terrace around the top of the hotel provides great views of the city. The outdoor pool area was nice, clean and quiet, with a poolside bar serving decent drinks throughout the day. The breakfast was large and varied, with a good selection of fresh hot and cold food. No complaints about the rest of the food in the bars and restaurants, or of the service. All staff were very friendly, professional and polite. The gym area is big and well equipped, so was a real bonus. It is centrally located, so is a convenient base to explore the city. Overall, a pretty good stay in a reasonably good hotel, but could be improved in various areas.
