“Cozy Hotel”
Rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Great location downtown Vancouver and near to the historic Gastown and numerous restaurants. Very easy to get around if you do not want to be driving although there’s free parking. Definitely come back whenever visiting again.

“Perfect location and friendly staff”
The staff take the time to get to know you and are courteous and efficient with requests. “Stunning renovation, small room, noisy”
Renovation of this old school motel is quite stunning to say the least. I was blown away by the modern interiors and clever upgrades. “Location with Character!! 🌴 ”
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness in our room, and elsewhere, was top-notch. Coffee, tea, and water included each day was a bonus. Coffee was delicious. Ambiance in the center courtyard, with palm trees and all, was lovely. We shall return.

“Very good service”
Price and service were very good. Room was comfortable and clean. Inside the hotel was fairly quiet. It might be helpful if the entrance to the hotel was more accessible -even automatic door opener-. Courteous service included additional holding our luggage for a couple of hours after checking out
