“Clean and Secure”
The beds were very comfortable and clean also the room was newer and updated just what we were looking for. The staff were very helpful matching an online price and housekeeping was very accommodating when we were taking our time to get on our way for the day.

“Always a great experience”
I have stayed here many times over the last 4 years and they have never disappointed me. Always helpful and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Beds are great. It is a great place to stay if you have a dog. Access to the grounds from your patio door makes for a much more enjoyabl… more

“Wonderfully clean and fresh room. Great king bed. Pillows were amazing!”
Amazing tub!!! And a fire place! Nicely updated building. I would ask for robes next time. The tub is wonderful in the bedroom. I can’t say many things bad about the room. Nothing really. Rain showers aren’t my favourite but they aren’t anything to complain about. Lived the updates to the restaura… more

“Beautiful Stay”
Once again I had an amazing stay. Room was cozy, staff was friendly and food was delicious. I am looking forward to returning again in February and March. Love the renovated lobby as well. Very spacious and bright. I would definitely recommend staying at the Ramada when visiting Penticton.

“I will always stay at The Balcomo when in Penticton for business.”
Very clean, comfy, and quiet! The newly renovated tower rooms are fantastic. Being able to unwind after a long nights work with a jacuzzi tup is perfect. Always a wonderful stay. I will never look anywhere else when I need to stay in Penticton. Thank you very much Balcomo team!
