the hotel was beyond my expectations everything was perfect the food the hospitality were outstanding also the animation team were amazing and super friendly hope to go again soon and and meet all the lovely staff and the animation team…..

So I will start by saying we didn’t pay 5* prices so don’t want to appear unrealistic but want to give an accurate review. Room - we stayed in the block nearest to the restaurant and could not find fault, modern spacious, beds very comfy , min bar with water, air con fab and a nice balcony. Room had been updated recently. Pools - always found a lounger , cold though no sign of the 2 heated pools and we tried them all. Bars at pools fine, staff good especially Mo the lifeguard/pool attendant kept his pool area immaculate and always ready to help with loungers. You get a card for pool towels. Beach - lots of sunbeds, not really a coastline for swimming, very rocky beach. Food and drink - this let the hotel down food not good IMO I’ve had better at 3* hotels, repetitive and not great quality. Dining room tired and mayhem adults and children walking at you in all directions . No waited service for drinks. Alcohol not good wine not drinkable. The terrace bar was nice but you had to pay for drinks we did this as they seemed better quality. Shops - none that we found in the hotel other than a pharmacy, opposite hotel a few tourist shops and small supermarket. Spa - we had a massage £45 for 55 mins but we got 45 - was nice but not the duration stated. I would urge care walking about as some loose/missing slabs , I had a near fall one night as tripped on a pothole where a tile should have been. Not many mosquitos but some were bitten so suggest deet spray which can be brought in the pharmacy. Not that it bothered us but a handful of British guests, I was told this is usual. I wouldn’t return as the food and drink really let this hotel down.

This Hotel is on the TUI website as a 5 Star Hotel, it is at best a 3 Star Hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is good too but the services in the Hotel are far from 5 Star Luxury. There is one main restaurant for all meals and these never varied throughout our 14 night stay. The same food almost every night. The 2 additional restaurants which can be booked twice in a week are and Asian and an Italian, the menus are limited to a set meal with only 2 choices in the Italian and no choices in the Asian restaurant unless you want to pay extra. There is only 1 bar available at night which is included in the all inclusive package which is in the main hotel. Other bars situated around the resort require payment for drinks at night unless you complain and they then add you to the list of approved users which lets you get local produced drinks at night, but you need to complain first which can be difficult as you are summoned to reception and taken to the managers office. Don't waste your money booking a premium room as these don't exist. There is a sort of beach but not one that you could say was actually next tot he water. It is also covered with fixed brollies which block out all the sun so very dark and dismal. The staff on the other hand were lovely. Tips always help in my opinion

I would say this hotel, the cleanliness was good and the room was nice although we had issues with room service and reception noted they didn’t answer once for room services and the receptionist was very rude on call but when I came down to see them it was all resolved . For entertainment, it was average for a five star hotel. It wasn’t great, but The hotel animation team were lovely - Sonya, Nastya, Yana and Ahmed They did morning activities near the pool lunchtime activities + more and would try to get you involved which was nice. We opted for all-inclusive, but the local drinks (spirits, which are more like weak and horrible The beer tastes as if it were alcohol-free, with about 1% alcohol content. The food was varied, but not up to the quantity and quality expected of a 5-star hotel and they get you with the only all inclusive there’s only one bar which is all inclusive which is terrible on the other boss they choose when they want to all inclusive and when it is it’s disgusting only limited cocktail choices which is awful , The drinks are awful. The only decent drink which was good is the soft drink. The rest of the alcohol cocktails were disgusting unless you pay extra for what I would say is a standard cocktail!
