“5 Star Customer Service”
This was a great experience to have because Cliff accommodated to the best of his ability to help us with our room. It was our first time here and he even gave us recommendations to check out around Times Square. I would definitely book here again!

“convenient location with great customer service”
cliff is the greatest! awesome customer service. this spot is close to everything that you need. i was able to walk to time square and the macys thanksgiving day parade. every time i saw cliff he was always welcoming and informative. definitely returning!

“Cliff was great!”
Great experience! Went for thanksgiving and my room had a small chilled pumpkin pie and I got a drink voucher for the bar downstairs. Cliff was awesome at check in and afterwards- he was super friendly and gave me directions and recommendations to get a phone charger. He made the experience much be… more

A small hotel, located close to Times Square. The entrance is also the entrance to an Irish pub that takes up the entire floor. They have food, drinks and live music.
